These are our entry level floor stands however they are solid and sturdy to ensure you can display our device in high traffic areas. Made from aluminum or steel (depending on model) for longevity and finished in a fingerprint-resistant and scratch resistant powder coat. When it comes to security, we have added tamper-resistant stainless-steel screws to keep your device secure.

Main feature on this model:
• This stand is free standing and can be moved around as needed.
• This stand is supplied as 3 separate units, comprising of a base, square base, and a frame.
• Frames can be installed either landscape or portrait at time of installation.

All Taunton Tech products have a 1 year warranty.

In the case of items that were ordered incorrectly or no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition. These items will be refunded in the form of store credit only. This credit will only be passed once the returned item/s has been received by Taunton Technologies. Such returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and credit will not be passed for original shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of items will only be accepted should the customer inform Taunton Technologies in writing and return the goods within 7 working days of delivery confirmation.

Taunton Technologies does not give cash refunds. All refunds will be done in the form of store credit.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All of our orders ship from Durban, South Africa. 

Orders can take from 2-10 working days to be received.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
Covid-19 Curfew restrictions in South Africa, may affect the lead time of orders. Please refer to South African government regulations here:

Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of proof of payment.

All orders subject to verification and stock availability.

Orders placed or paid for over weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

All shipping is fulfilled through The Courier Guy as our designated courier company.

Courier deliveries are only made Monday – Friday.

Urgent deliveries do not apply to weekends and public holidays. These deliveries will commence on the following working day.

We do not offer a collection option.

Orders can be shipped to neighboring countries.

Due to international shipping and handling charges being determined by the weight, dimension, and location of delivery; shipping will be calculated after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 business day for this cost to be calculated. Please contact us on info@tauntontech.com for quotes.

Please Note: 
The customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping. These include, but are not limited to – customs, duties, brokerage fees, taxes.

All international orders will ship through DSV couriers or UPS, dependent on delivery location.

 
ADDRESS CORRECTION & REFUSED SHIPMENTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm their shipping information is correct upon placing an order. Any extra shipping costs incurred by missed delivery, re-delivery or package interception due to address changes is for the customers account.
