DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

***Shipping Notice: Kindly be informed that our manufacturing department has ceased accepting orders for delivery in 2023. Any orders placed now will be processed and delivery times communicated upon our offices reopening on January 8th, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

All of our orders ship from our manufacturing centre in Durban, South Africa.

  • Orders can take from 2-10 working days to be received with the exception of the time our offices are closed. 
  • Kindly contact us to verify the availability of your urgent item or to determine if it needs to be manufactured, and confirm accordingly. +27 (0)11 367 0630 or email: info@tauntontech.com - OFFICES ARE CLOSED ON THE 14 DEC 2023 AND RE-OPEN ON THE 8TH JAN 2024. EMAILS ARE NOT MONITORED DURING THIS TIME. 

 Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of proof of payment.

All orders subject to verification and stock availability.

Orders placed or paid for over weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Please Note: 
All shipping is fulfilled through BobGo as our designated courier company. We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services.

Courier deliveries are only made Monday – Friday.

We do not offer a collection option unless by prior written arrangement.

NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES

Orders can be shipped to neighbouring countries.

Due to international shipping and handling charges being determined by the weight, dimension, and location of delivery; shipping will be calculated after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 business day for this cost to be calculated. Please contact us on info@tauntontech.com for quotes.

Please Note: 
The customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping. These include, but are not limited to – customs, duties, brokerage fees, taxes.

All international orders will ship through DSV couriers or UPS, dependant on delivery location.

 

ADDRESS CORRECTION & REFUSED SHIPMENTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm their shipping information is correct upon placing an order. Any extra shipping costs incurred by missed delivery, re-delivery or package interception due to address changes is for the customers account.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Should the customer wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us on +27 (0) 11 367 0630 or info@tauntontech.com immediately.

Please Note:
Once payment has been received for an order, a refund can only be done in the form of store credit. Alternatively, the amount paid can be used to purchase other items.

We have the discretion to cancel any orders and provide a refund as deemed necessary.

 RETURNS

In the case of items that were ordered incorrectly or no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition. Such returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and credit will not be passed for original shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of items will only be accepted should the customer inform Taunton Technologies in writing and return the goods within 7 working days of delivery confirmation.
